Last Call Mobile Bar was established in 2022 in Northern Arizona by Lupita Robles & Toni Gordillo. As a husband-and-wife team, we are the proud creators and owners of Last Call. What started as a bold idea three years ago has grown into our full-time passion and business. With Lupita’s expertise behind the bar and Toni’s eye for detail and quality control, we’ve built a dynamic duo committed to delivering unforgettable experiences. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and quality. We do NOT. Last Call is a dry hire business which means we provide everything, including an alcohol shopping guide but alcohol must be provided by client. Alcohol expenses are NOT included in our pricing .

Yes, we do ID all guests who appear under the age of 30.
As a responsible mobile bar service, we strictly adhere to state and local alcohol laws. Our bartenders are trained to check valid identification to ensure that alcohol is only served to guests who are 21 and over. Protecting our clients, their guests, and our business is a top priority—thank you for understanding!
We proudly serve a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and any kind of celebration worth toasting to! Whether it’s an intimate backyard party or a large-scale affair, we bring the bar—and the vibe—to make your event unforgettable.

1. Booking & Payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the event.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash | Square (convenience fee applied).
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the total booking cost (minus deposit).
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full booking cost.
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Weather Policy
- We operate in most weather conditions but cannot serve in unsafe conditions such as lightning,
- heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures.
- If weather becomes unsafe, we will work with you to:
- Relocate the bar to a covered or indoor space.
- Reschedule your event to a new date (deposit will transfer).
- If relocation/rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
- Final safety decisions will be made by our team in consultation with you.
4. Alcohol Service Policy
We will check IDs and will not serve anyone under 21 years of age.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or poses a safety concern.
- No outside alcohol may be served from our bar setup.
- Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with venue rules and local liquor laws.
5. Damage & Liability
- Client is responsible for any damages to bar equipment, glassware, or décor caused by guests, vendors,
- or venue conditions.
- We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents caused by guest behavior or consumption of alcohol.
6. Venue Access & Setup
Client must provide access to the venue at least 1 hour before service start time.
- Adequate parking/unloading space must be provided.
- Electricity and water access (if required) must be available at the setup location.
7. Overtime Policy
Overtime requests must be approved before the scheduled end time.
- Additional hours are billed at $100.00 per hour and must be paid before service extension.
